Tektronix cuenta ahora con Prism, la primera plataforma h brida de an lisis y monitorizaci n de v deo SDI/IP que permite una suave transici n entre el est ndar SDI y la infraestructura basada en redes IP. La nueva soluci n de test y diagn stico que se present en NAB 2016 ya est disponible para su comercializaci n en el caso de Espa a, a trav s del distribuidor m ster de Tektronix, Abacanto solutions.
La industria del broadcast se encuentra en el comienzo de una revolucionaria transici n hacia infraestructuras basadas totalmente en IP. Sin embargo, las grandes inversiones realizadas en tecnolog a y workflows actuales indican que esa transici n se har en fases, creando la necesidad de soluciones de test y monitorado que proporcionen visibilidad a esos nuevos tipos de problemas, y adem s mantener la coherencia en las gestiones que realizan operadores e ingenieros en estas nuevas instalaciones hibridas. Prism permite la visualizaci n de las se ales de entrada IP y una r pida identificaci n de los diferentes flujos del link Ethernet. El contenido de cada una de las tramas es mostrado mediante pantallas muy intuitivas que ayudan a acortar la curva de aprendizaje de los usuarios. Adem s, al tratarse de una plataforma software, Prism puede adaptarse a una amplia gama de aplicaciones y se actualizara continuamente a medida que surjan nuevas tecnolog as y normas.
