Available for £39.991 from Virgin Media stores, the Alcatel One Touch TPop is brimming with ideas and specs well above its price point, including a large touch screen, quick-snapping two megapixel camera, smart apps and widgets, social networking functions the most accessible 2.3 version of Android, location services and a speedy 1GHz processor
