Vis a vis, first series Spanish open to United Kingdom Channel 4 will be two seasons of this fiction produced by Globomedia in its platform of Video On Demand (VOD), which offers the best series in non-English speaking.
Applauded by critics and audiences, the series produced by Glomedia, Vis visHe won more than 3.5 million spectators (with a 19.9% share) in its first season. Now, the fiction is prepared to make the leap to the United Kingdom.
Fiction will mark a new milestone in Spanish fiction, to become the first Spanish series that will be open in the United Kingdom. The series produced by Globomedia (grupo Mediapro) to Antena 3 will be on the platform of Video On Demand from Channel 4, British channel, world famous for the quality of its productions in addition to their innovative and creative character. Channel 4 has also acquired the rights of the second installment, coinciding with its premiere in Antena 3.
The agreement contemplates that Walter Presents, the platform of video on demand open belonging to GSN and Channel 4, issue exclusively two seasons of thriller. The Spanish series will enter as well part of the exclusive selection of the best series of non-English speaking world that emits this platform for the British market.
Jason Thorp, CEO of GSN, has been very pleased with the acquisition. "We are delighted that Vis Vis is our first Spanish acquisition. We believe that we have acquired an exceptional work of television that will appeal to British viewers,"Thorp says.
Success of hearing
