Actress and millionaire businesswoman Dr Shauwn MaMkhize Mkhize has bagged a deal to have her two-part Thanksgiving Special broadcasted on the national broadcaster's SABC1 channel.

According to Daily Sun, both episodes of the special will air on 19 December at 21:00.

MAMKHIZE CELEBRATES ACHIEVEMENTS According to SABC spokesperson Gugu Ntuli, the special broadcast shows the Royal AM owner celebrating her achievements with her family in Mbumbulu, south of Durban.

The publication reported that Ntuli said: This special broadcast focuses on her Thanksgiving ceremony in a star-studded and drama-filled extravaganza as she goes back home to celebrate with her family and the community .

REALITY SHOWS SHOWED TOO MUCH Announcing the show that originally aired on BET in May this year, the mother of two said that she was done with reality tv shows but expressed excitement for the two-part special, MaMkhize said:

NEW SHOW ALERT ????????????. It's been a long time coming, I'm over the moon that I finally got to have my thanksgiving and now I get to share the whole experience with you in this two part special exclusive to @bet_africa coming soon ????????????, she wrote on Instagram.

Sources told Sunday World in May that MaMkhize chose not to shoot reality shows because she wanted more control.

Sources told the publication that the producers of her previous reality show had too much control of her life and how it was portrayed but she wanted a different direction.
