New content generation for OTT and social

At IBC 2016 Actus will present the new version of its broadcast monitoring platform, with HTML5 support.

The HTML5 platform has an innovative and modern user interface that provides an even more effective and intuitive user experience. The new platform will be more flexible and enable to develop future customizations, adjustments and functionalities faster. The new HTML5 platform can be used from the PC and from other devices such as iPad and smartphones.

Version 6 clips generation for social and OTT

One of the main highlights of the new version is the content generation workflow for re-purposing of clips for OTT and social. The new User Interface enhances the clips creation and export workflow and includes more automation options. The clips can contain one or multiple video segments, with the ability to include or exclude segments with frame accurate cuts, remove ads and a new Zoom function. The clips can include any metadata, overlays, profiles, and can be exported in any format. The NLC (Near Live Clips) ability to start creating the clips a few seconds after the broadcast content is aired guarantees that the content will be published and re-purposed on any media platform like social, OTT, VOD or Catchup TV as fast as possible.

In addition, Actus will present at IBC 2016 the other products of its Media Platform: Actus-View for compliance recording (including Loudness and Closed caption), Actus-AdWatch for automatic ads tracking and ads verification, Actus Rating-Analyzer for tracking competitor's viewership and Actus Alert-Center for broadcast quality assurance.
