Mediaset Spain looking thirty specialists in advanced analytics, big data and business development Inmerso en un proceso de transformaci n digital, el grupo audiovisual pone en marcha un proceso de captaci n de talento entre licenciados en ingenier a inform tica, matem ticas, estad stica, ADE, marketing y publicidad.
Mediaset Espa a ha emprendido un plan de desarrollo de recursos humanos con la b squeda de una treintena de profesionales para la ampliaci n de nuevos proyectos de expansi n y transformaci n digital adaptados a los nuevos entornos de mercado y a las nuevas formas de consumo transversal del contenido.
Este proceso de captaci n de talento, que se est llevando a cabo de manera paulatina, permitir a la compa a seguir traspasando las fronteras de la televisi n, Internet, el cine y la publicidad, adapt ndose a las oportunidades de negocio en constante evoluci n y surgidas de forma paralela a los avances en la digitalizaci n.
Luis Exp sito, director de Recursos Humanos y Servicios de Mediaset Espa a, destaca que hemos comenzado esta b squeda espec fica de profesionales, algunos de los cuales ya forman parte de Mediaset Espa a, la compa a l der de audiencia entre los operadores de televisi n nacionales y tambi n en consumo de v deos en el entorno online tanto por volumen como por tiempo de permanencia, con Telecinco como la web de televisi n con mayor n mero de usuarios. La fortaleza de este grupo, cuyos contenidos marcan desde hace a os las tendencias del consumo audiovisual espa ol, hace de este plan de expansi n en recursos humanos una gran oportunidad para profesionales con perfil digital, que nos acompa ar n para adecuar a n m s nuestra empresa a los nuevos escenarios audiovisuales y las tecnolog as emergentes, trazando junto a los mejores el camino de la transformaci n digital .

Mediaset Espa a cuenta actualmente con una plantilla de 1.270 trabajadores y seg n el ltimo estudio de la consultora Inversum a partir de una encuesta entre casi 4.000 profesionales, es una de las diez compa as preferidas para trabajar junto a grandes empresas multinacionales con sede en Espa a como Google, Coca-Cola, Inditex, L'Oreal, Ikea, Banco Santander o BBVA.
Perfiles profesionales Licenciados en Ingenier a Inform tica, Matem ticas y Estad stica, para llevar a cabo proyectos relacionados con el entorno de big data y la anal tica avanzada. Puestos de nueva creaci n dentro de la compa a como arquitectos big data, data managers y data scientists, as como otros que reforzar n reas ya existentes.
Licenciados en Administraci n y Direcci n de Empresas (ADE), Marketing y Publicidad, con enfoque preferente hacia el entorno digital, de desarrollo de negocio y la gesti n comercial en el entorno publicitario.
