disguise's response to the COVID-19 impact on the live events industry has earned the company a spot in the Sunday Times Tech Track 100, marking the third consecutive year it has made it in the publication's Fast Track league.

The Sunday Times Tech Track 100 index ranks Britain's 100 private tech companies with the fastest-growing sales over their latest three years. This year's 20th-anniversary special COVID-19 edition highlights the contributions tech firms have made during the pandemic.

With the halt in production, broadcast and live events, disguise took immediate action going above and beyond to provide lifelines to its community, with the accelerated launch of its xR solution and free access to its Designer software. In addition, the company hosted a series of webinars in over 10 languages and has recently launched an e-learning hub with online certified training courses to support the community in leveraging this new technology.

As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic bringing all live events to a standstill, disguise has accelerated the development of xR and engaged with customers to transition them, at a deep level, to the new xR arena with free education to create new opportunities for them to meet market needs, Kufer adds.

disguise xR has already seen successful applications, enabling customers to deliver breath-taking remote immersive productions for music artists such as Katy Perry, Black Eyed Peas and Ellie Goulding, enterprise businesses like SAP, educational institutions like the University of Michigan, broadcast TV shows like MTV Video Music Awards 2020 and America's Got Talent, product launches for Asahi and Under Armour and many other virtual experiences in more than 20 countries.

In addition, disguise was also recognised as one of the fastest-growing technology companies in Europe, Middle East and Africa in the year 2019, according to the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 index released last month.
