AgileTV Increases EBITDA by 55% and Strengthens Cash Conversion in the First Half of 2025 Thanks to Solid Operational Management

Growth and improved profitability: Revenue and EBITDA both up; OFCF multiplied by 3.8x in H1 2025 versus the same period in 2024.

Efficiency driving results: New TV platform contracts with Vodafone Spain and Liwest in Austria, plus higher sales in the Technologies and Software for Devices segment.

Bilbao, September 29, 2025- AgileTV, the commercial brand of listed company Agilecontent on BME Growth, an international provider of television and streaming technology solutions headquartered in Bilbao, closed the first half of 2025 with solid financial and operational performance.

Revenue and margin growth

Gross revenue reached 54 million ( 16% year over year), while net revenue (excluding TV content resale) climbed to 35.4 million, up 30% thanks to the strong performance of subsidiary Wetek's Technologies and Software for Devices business.

Driving sharp growth across key metrics, the increase in net revenue led to a 55% jump in EBITDA to 8.4 million (up from the same period in 2024). Furthermore, cash generation saw a significant improvement, with OFCF reaching 4.9 million - nearly quadruple (3.8x) the 1.3 million recorded in H1 2024.

Business progress

The market for delivering and consuming television over the Internet (also known as streaming services) continues to grow. New operators and broadcasters are embracing this trend, opening fresh opportunities for AgileTV.

The company has strengthened its international footprint with agreements with telco operators Liwest in Austria, Vodafone Spain (for its Lowi brand), Mediaset Spain, and several operators in Latin America, as well as a strategic alliance with Canal to jointly market the Entertainment Hub in DACH countries.

AgileTV has refreshed its technology product portfolio for operator networks, including its new flagship product, CDN Director. This technology helps operators and broadcasters protect content from piracy and manage multi-provider CDNs. Its launch has been well received, with major operators such as M sOrange in Spain and Telenor in Sweden already signing and deploying it.

In addition, through its subsidiary Wetek, AgileTV has launched new Software for Devices products such as ADM (Agile Device Manager). This business has continued the growth trajectory begun in 2024, with major customers increasing their orders.

The AgileTV platform also received the Best of Show award at IBC 2025, the world's leading trade fair for television technologies
