LiveU is delighted to announce its strategic partnership with One Media, the rapidly growing Mexico-based arm of industry stalwart, Broadcast Depot.
Thanks to a strong and passionate focus on excellent customer service, One Media has experienced phenomenal growth over the past year, winning customers such as Radiopolis, Telemundo, Uno TV, Televisa, Multimedios, Fox Sports Mexico, Canal 11, and Grupo Imagen.
The new partnership enables One Media to offer unparalleled levels of customer assistance and support in the latest LiveU EcoSystem solutions following strong investment in product training, as well as in rental, support, and customer demonstration stock to ensure excellent levels of responsiveness and availability.
With Mexico's economic growth and outlook for continued prosperity, it was important to partner with a distributor who understands the markets, the customers and the technology that can help them achieve their business objectives, said Jose Luis Reyes, LiveU VP of Sales LATAM. Our partnership with One Media affirms our commitment to providing local support in Mexico, while helping customers in various vertical markets produce the most reliable, high-quality content possible.
One Media launched in 2023 and is backed by Broadcast Depot, a leading distributor of radio, television, IP, OTT and satellite transmission technologies with a large presence in Latin America. The company's founders, Guadalupe Gonz lez and Edgar Ch vez bring 20 years of industry experience and decided to launch One Media after seeing a disconnect between selling and supporting media technology. They also saw opportunities to grow emerging markets prime for live technology including sports, enterprise, and government.
Our goal as a company is to provide next-level support to our customers first collaborating to select the appropriate product/solution for their needs and then to provide after sales service and support to ensure full understanding of the technology and how users can maximize it create more compelling content, said Edgar Ch vez, One Media Co-founder.
One Media offers the Mexican market technological solutions for transmission, media, audio, video, SAAS, production, and cloud services from brands including LiveU, Sennheiser, Qimera, Enco, AxelTech, and Telos Alliance.
One Media has already been embraced by the Mexican market, hosting several facility tours and events to demonstrate the breadth and scale of its commitment to customer support. This is reinforced by the organization having the largest number of fully trained and LiveU- certified local sales and suppport staff in the country. Additionally, One Media enjoys the full support of the global teams within LiveU across Product, Customer Success, and Engineering, ensuring customers in Mexico can receive first-class service from a dedicated market leading team.
