Global energy management specialist Schneider Electric has announced that it will be exhibiting at the Drives & Controls Exhibition and Conference 2014.
Taking place at the NEC in Birmingham on 8 -10 April, the show is the UKs only event for drives, automation, power transmission and motion control and will showcase the latest products and solutions from more than 300 companies.
Schneider Electric will be showcasing a range of new solutions, as it launches the world's first Modicon M580 ePAC controller, in addition to the next generation of MachineStruxuretm and the Modicon M221, M241 and M251 controllers. The company will also be revealing the Altivar Process, the latest service oriented drives solution, developed specifically for the water, food and beverage, oil and gas and mining sectors.
Schneider Electric's new, innovative process automation system PlantStruxure Process Expert System (PES) will also be showcased on the stand. Furthermore, visitors will be able to view StruxureWare, a comprehensive new software suite that assists organisations in maximising business performance and optimising resources.
A comprehensive range of technical seminars will also be presented by industry experts at the show. Included in this will be Schneider Electric's product marketing manager for drives, Nipun Sibal, who will be discussing 3 steps for reducing total cost of ownership in pumping systems* .
