UET United Electronic Technology AG releases consolidated financial report for first half of fiscal year 2015

Consolidated revenues of EUR 32.629 mn

EBITDA for the group with EUR 1.921 mn positive

EBIT for the UET Group is EUR 0.911 mn

Consolidated half-year net income of EUR 2.077 mn

Today, UET United Electronic Technology AG (ISIN: DE000A0LBKW6), Eschborn, provides its consolidated financial figures for the first half of the fiscal year from January 1st to June 30th 2015.

In the first half of the fiscal year 2015, UET generated consolidated revenues of EUR 32.629 mn. This represents growth of EUR 8.371 mn or 35% compared with the same period of the previous year.

Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) amounted to EUR 1.921 mn for the first half of 2015 and were, as a result of increased expenditures in Research and Development and further investments, EUR 0.235 mn below the prior year's result.

Earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) were also positive and amounted to EUR 0.911 mn, but were also below the previous year's value of EUR 1.322 mn.

Earnings of ordinary operating activities were positive and totaled EUR 0.243 mn in the first half of 2015 (previous year: EUR 0.685 mn).

The consolidated net profit of the first half of the year was EUR 2.077 mn (previous year: EUR 0.540 mn), including an extraordinary profit of EUR 1.800 mn.

The operating cash flow amounted to EUR 0.291 mn. On June 30th 2015, the liquid assets of the UET Group amounted to approx. EUR 0.933 mn.
