Pixotope, the leading software platform for end-to-end realtime virtual production solutions, has appointed Clarke Uren and Kate Watson to its sales team as Regional Sales Manager, U.K. and Ireland, and Sales Executive, respectively. In their new roles, Clarke and Kate will serve the U.K. and Ireland regions while also lending critical support to emerging virtual production markets. The appointments reflect continued growth for Pixotope and ensures that all customers have a local dedicated point of contact, regardless of where they are in the world.
There's been a large effort behind-the-scenes to establish a team dedicated to servicing new and existing customers in the United Kingdom and Ireland, says David Cheng, Vice President of Sales, EMEA. The appointments of Clarke and Kate are the results of this effort and represent the latest milestone for Pixotope. With Clarke's extensive broadcast industry experience and Kate's know-how of the virtual production industry, their collective expertise will bring the power and magic of virtual production to anyone who wants it. .
Joining the team from Vitec, where he was Channel Sales Manager, EMEA, Clarke brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Pixotope. Having worked in broadcast technology sales for more than 20 years, his extensive industry knowledge paired with his expertise in developing meaningful relationships with customers by understanding their needs makes Clarke well-positioned to provide the highest level of service to customers in his regions.
The possibilities for virtual production are truly infinite and it's inspiring to be part of a team that is making that possible, says Clarke. Coming together to achieve the shared goal of making virtual production accessible to all media producers is one of the most rewarding experiences, especially when working with a team that combines warmth and creative energy to make that pursuit fun and engaging.
Assisting Clarke, Kate will also be supporting emerging markets, including the Middle East and South Africa, in addition to the UK and Ireland. In Kate's previous role as a Regional Sales Manager for disguise, she demonstrated her expertise in strengthening sales teams for emerging markets and successfully earning customer trust. At Pixotope, Kate's passion for virtual production innovations and knowledge of the industry will be crucial for the success of customers in her regions.
