DAM Guru Program Exceeds ,000 Signups

Aarau, Switzerland - 11 April 2017 - DAM Guru Program has exceeded 1,000 signups, program managers announced today, further establishing the community as the largest of its kind.

We have enjoyed seeing this community grow in terms of numbers and diversity said Ben Smidt, program operations manager. The expertise offered by the DAM Guru Program membership has become so much richer now than just Digital Asset Management.

Today, the program includes professionals from Digital Asset Management, Content Management, Library Science and related fields.

Perhaps the best thing about the success of DAM Guru Program is that other organizations have started to borrow concepts we introduced, said program director, David Diamond. If this means user education is becoming more of a focus across the DAM and content management industries, that's great news for everyone.

Picturepark started DAM Guru Program in 2013 to help professionals in content-related fields connect with each other to share ideas and learn. Members provide webinars, offer one-on-one assistance, provide expertise to Meetups and other events, and post jobs. There is no charge for membership or any program services.
