Cinedigm Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock LOS ANGELES & NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cinedigm Corp. (NASDAQ: CIDM) (the Company), a leading independent content distributor in the United States, announced today that it intends to offer shares of its Class A common stock in an underwritten public offering.

The Company expects to use the net proceeds of the offering for working capital, to fund potential future acquisitions and other general corporate purposes.

In connection with the offering, Piper Jaffray & Co. is acting as the sole book-running manager.
