Moon enthusiasts can watch the sky for February's full moon, appearing in the next few days. It completes one more lunar cycle, and brings us from the month of love into March.

February's moon is called the Snow Moon.

Full moon is soon for February: here's the next lunar event According to the website Time and Date, February's moon is happening on 24 February, 2024. That's on Friday!

It's traditional to call this lunar event the DASSIE MOON, or the Snow Moon.

Even though it doesn't snow in all of the Southern Hemisphere, the name stuck.

Full moon for March, 2024 Astronomy.com says the March 25 full moon is on the way next.

March's lunar event is the Worm Moon, when worms are active for the year. Worm Moons are the mark of spring for some parts of the world, signifying that the seasons are in the middle of change.

April's full moon: 2024 The April lunar event is called the PINK MOON - and not because the moon is pink. It's called the Pink Moon due to the blossoms that arise at this time, when seasons are in their full swing.

According to Astronomy.com this moon happens on April 23.

There's an eclipse during the same month, though one that will be seen from North America and the United States.
