Net Insight's nomination committee for AGM 2021 In accordance with the decision of the Annual General Meeting held on May 9, 2017 the members of the nomination committee shall be nominated by the four largest shareholders (voting rights). In addition, the company s Chairman of the Board shall be part of the nomination committee.
