Object Matrix Delivers Secure Nearline for ITN MAM

Cardiff, 28th March 2017 - ITN, award-winning news and media production company (http://www.itn.co.uk/) has implemented a nearline storage cache from Object Matrix (http://object-matrix.com/).

MatrixStore uses object-based storage technology to provide an integrated and automated nearline platform to support multiple workflows. It provides a secure cache that can be easily integrated with ITN's Media Asset Management system, delivering fast access to recently archived items.

Thanks to MatrixStore's Digital Content Governance, ITN is able to easily access, share, and distribute content stored within the cache at any time, whilst also ensuring that content is continually protected. Having been integrated into ITN's existing technology infrastructure, the transition was seamless, meaning the ITN team could continue to work using familiar workflows and processes.
