Further issue of shares

Media Corp is pleased to announce that following the announcements released yesterday regarding the subscription to raise, in aggregate, £200,000, the Company has received further investor interest in the Companys shares. Accordingly, the Company is pleased to announce that, subject to the passing of certain resolutions at a general meeting to be held by the Company, it has raised a further £100,000 through the placing of 100,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each at 0.1p per share (the Placing Shares).

The issue of the Placing Shares, together with the 86,000,000 subscription shares announced yesterday, will be subject to the approval by shareholders of certain resolutions at a general meeting of the Company. Application for the admission to trading on AIM of the Placing Shares and further subscription shares will be made prior to the general meeting. A further announcement will be made shortly confirming the details and timing of the general meeting.
