The Queen's latest character Londiwe Jama played by talented actress Sthandiwe Nkosi has annoyed viewers of the Mzansi Magic telenovela.

IS THERE A WAY WE CAN MUTE LONDIWE'? Viewers of The Queen first met Londiwe Jama and her late husband on Friday (29 July) at Hector's (Rapulana Seiphemo) funeral.

She trended for killing her stepson Ayihlome (played by Skeem Saam actor Tiisetso Thoka) after her husband Douglas Jama died while having sex with her.

Mzansi magic reveals that Sthandiwe Nkosi's character Londiwe is a vivacious go-getter who gets thrown a curveball but is forced to make it work.

Her character, who kills everyone at every chance she gets hasn't impressed fans of the popular show, from her theatrical performances, and her voice to her storyline.

#TheQueenMzansi is still questioning what's the purpose of Nkosi's character after joining the show more than a month ago.

Will Londiwe dethrone Harriet (Connie Ferguson) as the next queen the telenovela is in its final season?

Will Harriet kill her like she killed all the previous queen-wanna-be's'?

Her debut on the show was similar to Harriet's storyline in season one as she too lost her husband in the first episode and took over Tembisa's drug business.

Londiwe has the ability to act, but she tries a bit too much, too theatrical. Too loud, she should be natural, and not try to overdo things. Why are directors quite letting her be that annoying?

I can see what they are trying to do with the Londiwe character but for some reason execution is wrong. Not sure if it's coz she's just not that great of an actress or the script she's working with is not strong enough.
