VIZ MEDIA EXPANDS POK MON PUBLISHING CATALOG WITH NEW MANGA AND AN ACTIVITY BOOK SET FOR 2018 RELEASE
New POK MON Titles Include POK MON SUN & MOON, POK MON HORIZON: SUN & MOON, and POMPOM POK MON
San Francisco, CA, October 20, 2017 VIZ Media, LLC (VIZ Media),a premier company in the fields of publishing, animation distribution, and global entertainment licensing, adds all-ages fun and adventure to its POK MON catalog with three new publishing acquisitions.
The first of these new titles will debut in the Spring of 2018 with additional titles scheduled for publication in the Summer. The new releases include POK MON SUN & MOON and POK MON HORIZON: SUN & MOON, two brand-new manga series that feature a cast of new characters set in the Alola region from the latest Pok mon Sun & Moon video game. Also announced was a new arts and crafts book, POMPOM POK MON, set for release in the Summer of 2018.

Sun dreams of money. Moon dreams of science. When their paths cross with Team Skull, both their plans go awry. Moon is on her way to deliver a rare Pok mon to Professor Kukui in the Alola region when she meets his good friend Sun, a courier entrusted with a special Pok dex. Sun offers to safely deliver Moon to the professor's lab, but then they tangle with a group of grunts from Team Skull and are attacked by a mysterious Pok mon! What is this sparkling stone the mysterious Pok mon leaves behind?

Akira's summer vacation in the Alola region heats up when he befriends a Rockruff with a mysterious gemstone. Together, Akira hopes they can achieve his dream of becoming a Pok mon Trainer and learning an amazing Z-Move. But first, Akira needs to pass a test to earn a Trainer Passport. This becomes even more difficult when Rockruff gets kidnapped! Their lives get more complicated when Team Kings shows up with you guessed it evil plans for world domination!
