Nearly 28,000 people from 131 countries submitted their favorite HERO10 Black clips for the chance to be featured in the third annual Million Dollar Challenge highlight reel. Ultimately, 62 creators made the cut, earning $16,129.03 a piece.
This series celebrates the stories and the creative processes of these talented creators. We hope these behind-the-scenes looks inspire you as much as they did us.
Enliang Wang purchased his first GoPro in 2016. Since then, he says the tiny camera he knew very little about just a few years ago has transformed the way he sees his hometown of Wuhan, China.
By day, Enliang is an auto mechanic, but by night (or whenever he's not working, really), he is an accomplished GoPro creator. In fact, this is his THIRD time being featured in a Million Dollar Challenge video. He landed in the HERO7 Black, HERO8 Black and MAX and now the HERO10 Black videos. We are thrilled to watch as his style has evolved from his very first awarded landscape clip to this year's more immersive, detailed shot of a red (a.k.a. lesser) panda.
We caught up with Enliang to learn more about his creative journey and see what keeps him inspired.
GoPro: What motivated you to submit to the Million Dollar Challenge?
Enliang: It is my dream to be in a GoPro video!
You were just awarded $16,129.03 USD! Congrats! What do you plan to do with your earnings?
I'd like to use some for my son, some for buying equipment, some for travel with my family and GoPro, and of course, inviting GoPro China employees to dinner!

GoPro HERO4 Black
What inspired your awarded clip?
Animals always see GoPro cameras as friends-they are so interested in this little camera! I was also inspired by another video on GoPro social media.
What shots are you excited to chase on HERO10 Black now that youve seen the final video?
All the shots in final video are on fire, very exciting, and of course, I got a lot of inspiration from the final video.
