Despu s de conquistar al p blico de Brasil, con un alcance promedio diario a 38 millones televidentes en el Access Prime time de Globo, y tambi n de Portugal, la comedia rom ntica La Trampa se estrena en mayo en el canal pago BTV Lady. Perteneciente al Grupo BTV, el grupo de medios m s grande de Bulgaria, el canal cuenta con la mayor audiencia femenina del pa s. BTV Lady tambi n se asegur otro t tulo exitoso de Globo para su grilla: la telenovela Querer Sin L mites', de la galardonada escritora Gloria Perez, programada para salir al aire en el segundo semestre. Ambas telenovelas son productos destacados del cat logo que la productora de contenidos brasile a llevar al LA Screenings 2018.
Adem s de las telenovelas, el Grupo BTV tambi n obtuvo la licencia de la s per serie Verdades secretas, que estar disponible en la plataforma bWeb, SVOD del grupo y destinada para t tulos ya exhibidos en los canales de l nea.
Con ligereza y humor, La Trampa provoca cuestionamientos sobre valores ticos y morales con una historia que tiene como punto de partida un torpe robo millonario a un hotel de lujo en R o de Janeiro y sus ramificaciones. Agobiado por las deudas y en bancarrota, Pedrito Guimar es (Marcos Caruso, Avenida Brasil') vende el Carioca Palace Hotel al joven empresario Eric Ribeiro (Mateus Solano, Rastros de Mentiras'). Su plan es huir a Nueva York con el dinero despu s de la fiesta por los 21 a os de su nieta, Luiza (Camila Queiroz, Verdades Secretas'). Pero, en la gran noche, un grupo de empleados roba todo el dinero de la venta del hotel y deja a Pedrito en la miseria. Ahora, los ladrones novatos, adem s de perder la paz y la tranquilidad, deben convivir con el miedo de ser arrestados por la Justicia y terminan involucrando a todo el hotel en una serie de conflictos. Y el l o crece aun m s cuando la investigadora responsable del caso cae enamorada de uno de los asaltantes, sin saber que l est implicado en el delito.
El otro t tulo cuya licencia fue otorgada al canal BTV Lady es Querer Sin L mites, que narra la historia cautivante y actual de tres mujeres con personalidades diferentes cuyos destinos se cruzan por algo que tienen en com n: la fuerza para luchar por lo que desean. Escrita por la galardonada Gloria Perez (India - Una historia de amor y El clon), y protagonizada por las actrices Juliana Paes (Gabriela y India - Una historia de amor), Paolla Oliveira (Rastros de Mentiras e Insensato Coraz n) e Isis Valverde (Avenida Brasil y El Canto de la Sirena), la telenovela conquist y emocion al p blico brasile o al abordar con sensibilidad dramas humanos y temas contempor neos. En Brasil, durante su exhibici n en la televisi n abierta, la historia registr un alcance promedio diario a 48 millones de personas. Y el ltimo cap tulo lleg a m s de 65 millones de brasile os: de cada 10 televisores encendidos, 7 estaban sintonizados en el episodio final de la historia, superando una vez m s su r cord de audiencia. Adem s de Bulgaria, pa ses como Uruguay, Ecuador, Bolivia y Chile ya han apostado por Querer Sin L mites. La telenovela tambi n fue exhibida por SIC en Portugal, siendo l der de audiencia en su horario de transmisi n.
Ahora el p blico de bWeb podr seguir la s per serie Verdades secretas, ganadora de un Emmy Internacional en 2016. El argumento retrata el submundo que existe detr s del lujo y del glamour de la moda. En la historia, Angel (Camila Queiroz, La Trampa') sue a con convertirse en una modelo exitosa, pero termina involucr ndose en un peligroso entramado de prostituci n, en el que conoce a Alex (Rodrigo Lombardi, India - Una historia de amor). En un acto extremo, el poderoso y obsesivo empresario se casa con la madre de la joven solo para estar m s cerca de ella.
