RIV4LRIES: The Trailer of the New Series With Samuele Carrino Only on Netflix October 1

Summer isn't over yet but it's already time to prepare to go back to school with the official trailer of RIV4LRIES, the new tv series for teens created by Simona Ercolani, presented with an exclusive preview at the Giffoni Film Festival and available only on Netflix from October 1st, 2025.

RIV4LRIES explores the conflicts and discoveries of preadolescence: first loves, the search for one's own identity, the aspirations of young people and the expectations of adults, the strength of friendship, but also the prejudices that determine who is included or excluded from the group.

The RIV4LRIES emerge among the protagonists of the series, initially divided into two opposing groups. The series is set in Pisa, in the 3rd class of section D of the Montalcini middle school: this is the kingdom of the Insiders, who are led by the most popular boy in school, Claudio (Samuele Carrino), supported by his best friend Dario (Edoardo Miulli). They will be challenged by the newcomer, Terry (Kartika Malavasi), who just moved from Rome and has formed a new group, the Outsiders. The rivalry is intense from the very beginning, but when the school is literally split in two by an actual wall, the Insiders and Outsiders will learn to come together to break down both the physical and emotional barriers that divide them.

Also starring Lorenzo Ciamei (Luca), Eugenia Cableri (Sabrina), Melissa Di Pasca (Marzia), Joseph Figueroa (Alessio), Duccio Orlando (Paolo), Andrea Arru (Pietro).

RIV4LRIES is a series by Simona Ercolani, produced by Stand by me and directed by Alessandro Celli. Written by Simona Ercolani with Serena Cervoni, Mauro Uzzeo, Chiara Panedigrano, Sara Cavosi, Angelo Pastore, Ivan Russo. Grazia Assenza is the Executive Producer.
