F&F Productions Ups Marc Orgera to VP/GM

F&F Productions announced that Marc Orgera has been promoted to Vice President/General Manager and will immediately assume his new duties and oversight of the day to day operations for F&F Productions. Orgera assumes this role from his current position as Vice President of Sales and Marketing which he has held since 2009. Orgera will report directly to George E. Orgera, President and CEO of F&F Productions.

Marc Orgera is a 29 year veteran of the broadcast industry and has served 22 of those years within the Hubbard Broadcasting companies. He began his career with F&F as an intern with the engineering department during summer break in high school and worked the sidelines for local sporting events. In 1988 he expanded his knowledge to satellites/uplink services and accepted a position with Hubbard Communications (HUBCOM) and served as Engineer in Charge. In 1990 Hubbard Broadcasting purchased Diamond P Sports and Marc was tasked with managing all technical aspects of its live programming and ensuring that their 400+ hours of live events were technically flawless. Marc was also charged with the designing, launching and managing of their very successful On Board Camera division.

From 2000 to 2007, Marc Orgera put his operational and engineering management skills to great use when he went abroad to work for International Sports Broadcasting (ISB) the host broadcaster for the Olympics. There, he managed all of the facilities installations, field shops, specialty camera systems, and all technical crewing during the 2002, 2004, and 2006 Olympics in Salt Lake City, Greece, and Italy - all locations that are noted as some of the most profitable and technically advanced games in its history. Orgera returned to the United States in 2007 and rejoined F&F Productions as the Director of Sales & Marketing. He was later promoted to his current position as Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2009.

Marc has a unique mix of knowledge and skills that are in alignment with the values of F&F and the clients we work with on a day-to-day basis, says George E. Orgera.
