Forscene is set to storm the BVE 2017 exhibition with a new mission to revolutionise the speed-to-market of how digital media is created and distributed. Forscene is the most advanced cloud video platform that unlocks the value in video by enabling professional content creators to meet the needs of digital-first consumers, while maintaining high quality production standards. The expanding range of Forscene products will enable companies to edit faster, engage their audiences and increase revenue streams.

New Forscene products at BVE 2017

The Forscene team will demonstrate the platforms' full range of capability at BVE 2017 on stand N38, including the following recently released products:

The Forscene Review App was launched in November 2016 and is a simple, easy-to-use application for reviewing and approving edits on-the-go. Editors working in Forscene's professional video editing software simply drag their finished sequences to the review button and drop them there to make their edit available for review. The app alerts reviewers and makes the sequence available for them to play, scrub through, comment on and approve or reject from their iOS device.

Forscene's Camera SDK is the newest addition to the platform and allows clients to integrate Forscene's Mobile Upload app into their existing applications - so that content recorded on mobile devices can be transcoded, uploaded to the cloud and made available in targeted projects on the cloud video platform. In this way, high quality user generated content can be gathered at speed, reviewed by team members anywhere in the world and included in edits or published to social media directly from Forscene.

Speaking Events

Forbidden's CEO, Aziz Musa, will take part in the Editing in the cloud panel discussion at BVE's Post & Workflow Theatre. The session is scheduled for Thursday, March 2nd, at 14:30 and will cover topics including the cloud's place in a growing OTT and live streaming landscape, how multi-location cloud editing saves money and the benefits and challenges associated with cloud-based post-production.
