Talpa's hit format The Voice has just been sold to Iceland and various African countries, including Cameroon, Angola and Ivory Coast. The recent deals have catapulted The Voice to close to 65 productions worldwide. Other countries preparing to launch The Voice in the near future are Ecuador, Azerbaijan and South Africa. The Voice USA has recently won its second Emmy, proving The Voice is still continuously redefining the talent competition genre. Ratings of The Voice of Holland's latest season have skyrocketed, surpassing ratings of the past two seasons.
First on air in The Netherlands in 2010, the record-breaking show is currently being watched on every continent, airing in over 180 territories, attracting more than 500 million viewers, has over 55 million Facebook fans and more than 10 million Twitter followers. The Voice and The Voice Kids have close to 8 billion YouTube views and over 12 million subscribers. In addition, the show now features a new Voice app to stream, share and support, for which conversion rates are skyrocketing around the globe.
