Ramon Colom: "you have to adapt laws to the new models and forms of digital consumer" El presidente de FAPAE reconoce en el festival de San Sebasti n que tenemos ya un esquema consensuado con la Administraci n para un nuevo modelo, pero hay cuestiones en las que seguimos trabajando. Entre ellas, es necesario que la Ley del Cine tenga un car cter general y no solo afecte a las Ayudas a la Amortizaci n .
Hay que adaptar las leyes a los nuevos modelos y formas de consumo digital . Ramon Colom, el presidente de FAPAE, la Confederaci n de productores audiovisuales espa oles, ha realizado estas declaraciones en el marco de la 63 edici n del Festival de San Sebasti n. El presidente de los productores ha felicitado al director del Festival, Jos Luis Rebordinos, por ser este a o el de mayor participaci n espa ola en el Festival de San Sebasti n .
Tenemos ya un esquema consensuado con la Administraci n para un nuevo modelo, pero hay un par de cuestiones, fundamentales, en las que seguimos trabajando , ha indicado Ramon Colom. Sobre todo es necesario que esta Ley tenga un car cter general y no solo afecte a las ayudas a la amortizaci n . En este sentido, el presidente de los productores ha realizado un an lisis sobre las nuevas formas de ver los contenidos, hay que adaptar las Leyes a los nuevos modelos y maneras de consumo digital, cuyas claves, en parte, se encuentran en el razonamiento sobre el mercado nico digital .
Adem s, el presidente de los productores ha solicitado al Gobierno y a los diferentes partidos (por si los plazos no se lo permitieran al actual Gobierno) que se ponga en marcha este nuevo modelo para las ayudas, ya que ha sido un arduo trabajo realizado por la industria y la Administraci n para llegar a un acuerdo que, exactamente ahora, porque dimos la noticia en este Festival, cumple m s de 3 a os de negociaciones . Este es otro de los problemas que tenemos con la Administraci n, los plazos para la puesta en marcha o aplicaci n de las diferentes cuestiones , ha indicado.
El presidente de los productores audiovisuales ha estado acompa ado por Beno t Ginisty, representante de FIAPF (Federaci n Internacional de Asociaciones de Productores Cinematogr ficos), que ha realizado un an lisis del panorama audiovisual Europeo y la problem tica a la que se enfrenta, entre la que destaca la del mercado nico digital.
Por su parte, Colom ha recalcado que Espa a no debe olvidar que las pol ticas europeas deben estar unidas al nuevo modelo que estamos realizando .
Cuota de pantalla
Adem s, el vicepresidente de FAPAE y presidente de IBAIA, Jox Portela, ha analizado en San Sebasti n los datos de la industria espa ola. Este a o, que es el de mayor participaci n espa ola en el Festival de San Sebasti n, lo que refleja el gran momento creativo del cine espa ol, la recaudaci n en general de cines ha subido un 4%. La cuota de taquilla de cine espa ol es similar a la de a os anteriores por estas fecha, en torno al 12%, pero esperamos que, con los t tulos que a n faltan por estrenar, este a o tambi n se consiga una excelente cuota que supere el 20% , ha se alado Portela. Cabe destacar, adem s, que este mes de septiembre el cine espa ol est realizando una excelente taquilla, llegando esta semana al 40% y la semana anterior al 50% . Tambi n ha puesto de manifiesto que los presupuestos de los rodajes siguen bajos y que el 52% de los mismos tienen un presupuesto menor al mill n de euros.
