(05/09/2013) TDF today announced that it has appointed Bastian Manintveld as Head of M&A and Business Development of its Media Services division. The appointment of Mr Manintveld, a leading television executive, signals a focus on growth for TDF Media Services whose footprint includes more than 500 employees across 9 countries.
Manintveld said, I am honoured and excited to lead the M&A, business development and partnership efforts of TDF Media Services, one of Europes leading media services companies. I look forward to working with the Media Services team to help grow and consolidate our leading position in the media services market.
Most recently, Manintveld was a Founder of BeBanjo, a software company that develops tools for teams managing on-demand services, which was acquired by the TDF Group in 2011.

The media services market is increasingly shifting to digital and non-linear technology, products and services. Were very well positioned to address both linear as well as non-linear service requirements. We have an excellent international team, a strong European footprint and a full service offering for broadcasters, PayTV operators and MSOs. There is a lot to do and I cant wait to get started, Manintveld said.

Founder of BeBanjo - Head of M&A and Business Development TDF Media Services
Bastian Manintveld has more than 15 years of international experience in the television industry. He is one of the founders of BeBanjo, a software company that develops tools for teams managing on-demand services. In 2011, BeBanjo was acquired by the TDF Group.
Prior to founding BeBanjo, Bastian was General Manager for the On Demand Group (now Vubiquity), the largest independent Video On Demand provider in Europe.
Since 1999 he has been involved in the planning, launch and management of PayTV and Video On Demand services in several European and Latin American countries.
