London UK June 16th, 2017 - Autoscript completed their successful NAB by winning TV Technology's Best of Show Award for their new Intelligent Prompting solution. As a completely IP-enabled, end-to-end teleprompting solution, Intelligent Prompting is the first system of its kind and revolutionises the prompting workflow to deliver the connectivity, flexibility, ease of use, and reliability critical for modern broadcast operations.
The products nominated for the Best of Show program, provide an outstanding overview of new technology on the show floor and shine a spotlight on the very best, said Eric Trabb, Vice President and Group Publisher of NewBay Broadcast & Video Group.
Intelligent Prompting includes the world's first IP-connected prompt monitors and is a truly seamless IP solution. It gives broadcasters the flexibility to pool resources from anywhere in the world, integrate simply through an IP network, and implement fail-safe redundancy measures for live broadcast. Adding to these benefits are hardware improvements that reduce the weight by over 30 percent and setup time by up to 75 percent.
