The Vault, Superexploder And Nba Star Dante Exum Show How Life Changes After the Draft For Foot Locker

New York-based audio house SuperExploders sound designer/mixer Jody Nazzaro teams up with Foot Locker and The Vault NYC to demonstrate how Life Changes After The Draft in five comical :15s starring Australian NBA star rookie Dante Exum. Set in the days before the NBA draft, the spots show Exum jumping the gun on fan mail, avoiding paparazzi and trying to make restaurant reservations with his famous last name. As NBA stardom hasn't changed his life just yet, he is laughed at for still being an ordinary, unknown man.

Says Nazzaro, Ive had the privilege to collaborate with The Vault for many years on some first-class projects, and this one was no different. The cuts from the gang at Arcade were tight and the production sound was fantastic, so for the sound design and final mix to be successful in dialogue-driven spots like these, it was my task to make it sound as natural and seamless as possible.
