Ikusi Multimedia and Samsung Electronics closed an agreement on content protection El acuerdo ha permitido incorporar a la plataforma Ikusi Flow de Ikusi el DRM para protecci n de contenidos de Samsung.
Garantizar la accesibilidad a la oferta de canales de televisi n solo a los usuarios autorizados es un requerimiento cada vez m s habitual de las compa as proveedoras de contenidos a los gestores del sector hospitalidad. Con el fin de asegurar que la difusi n se realiza con total seguridad, Ikusi and Samsung han alcanzado un acuerdo por el que la plataforma Ikusi Flow de Ikusi ha incorporado el Digital Rights Management (DRM) system Samsung LYNK.
Este DRM permite que los contenidos queden protegidos durante su emisi n en un hotel sin necesidad de a adir ning n elemento adicional en la propia cabecera. Se minimizan los costes de operaci n simplificando al m ximo la instalaci n, se optimiza la inversi n en equipamiento al evitar la necesidad de elementos adicionales a la cabecera y se impide la copia fraudulenta de los contenidos en todos los puntos del sistema.
Un sistema sencillo y de calidad, absolutamente alineado con la filosof a de m xima simplicidad con la que ha sido desarrollada la plataforma Ikusi Flow de Ikusi. Una soluci n de encriptado que se activa con hacer un simple click y que es v lida para todos los entornos de redes IP, coaxiales o mixtas. Con ella el usuario solo necesita disponer de una Hospitality TV de Samsung para ver sus canales preferidos, sin necesidad de incorporar ning n otro dispositivo hardware adicional in-room.
El acuerdo de colaboraci n con Samsung permite a Ikusi Flow continuar incorporando capacidades para atender las necesidades de los diferentes actores del sector hospitalidad como operadores de TV de pago, proveedores de entretenimiento en hoteles e integradores de soluciones tecnol gicas para este sector.
