Kudelski Security continues its rapid expansion with the acquisition of M&S technologies

CHESEAUX, Switzerland and PHOENIX (AZ), USA, January 17, 2017 - The Kudelski Group (SIX:KUD.S) today announced the acquisition of Dallas-based M&S Technologies, Inc. (M&S), a specialist provider of cyber and network security solutions.

With its proven technologies, experienced staff and high-profile clients, M&S will broaden the technology capabilities and client portfolio of Kudelski Security, the Kudelski Group's rapidly growing cybersecurity division.

Following Milestone Systems - based in Minneapolis - in 2016, M&S is a new cybersecurity company acquired by the Kudelski Group in the U.S.
