Digital Anarchy today announced the release of ShotNotes for Premiere Pro. It tackles one of the most persistent low-tech problems in NLE editing, keeping track of what you need to do. As a native Premiere panel, ShotNotes lets editors organize their projects by adding rich notes directly to their sequences. You can add timecode to the notes, link to other sequences, and even keep track of how long editing tasks take to do. It's a powerful way of annotating your entire Premiere project.

The paper cut is a time-honored tradition, but syncing a physical notebook, a Word doc, or a stack of sticky notes to a shifting timeline is a recipe for headaches.
