100 Gbps IP solution set designed to address expanding requirements across wide area networks
Media Links, manufacturer, and pioneer in Media over IP transport technology, announces that it will be showcasing its 100G Eco-system at the upcoming virtual VSF VidTrans show, held on March 1st and 2nd, 2021. Visitors to Media Links' VidTrans Virtual Booth will have the opportunity to engage with the Media Links Americas sales team as well as browse a variety of videos, presentations, and other content.
Media Links' 100G IP Eco-System allows broadcasters and service providers to transport more media channels than ever before. Whether its uncompressed or compressed video, audio, and/or data over IP from remote sporting and entertainment venues to distant production studios, the company's 100G solutions address the increasing need for more and more bandwidth from the core to the network edge.
Media Links' 100G Eco-system supports both remote and distributed media production, providing the ability to connect and share equipment and resources across wide area networks. This universal connectivity ensures that broadcasters and various other media-related companies can work more efficiently and remotely, all while delivering services with near-zero packet loss and 100% throughput.
Media Links 100G IP Eco-System includes:
Scalable network edge gateways that accommodate bandwidths up to 100Gbps, and transport video, audio and data in many formats and compression schemes.
100Gbps Core and Aggregation IP switches optimized for the unique characteristics of real-time media.
Software control system to manage network components, make the necessary workflow connections and schedule services, all of which simplifies the overall operation.
A professional services organization that can assist and support every phase of a media project, from initial concept to installation and ongoing operation.
The virtual VSF VidTrans show will be held on March 1st and 2nd,
2021.
