Connectivity and video transportation expert presents range of mobile transmission technology, including new HEVC encoding options for low bitrate environments, at local partner FOR-A's booth.

WATERLOO, Ontario - October 25, 2017 - Dejero, an innovator in cloud-managed solutions that provide video transport and Internet connectivity while mobile or in remote locations, has announced that it will showcase solutions for IP network blending and video compression technology in support of remote and mobile broadcasting at the FOR-A booth at #4311 in Hall 4 during Inter BEE 2017, which runs at the Makuhari Messe, Chiba City, Tokyo, from 15 to 17 November 2017. Visitors can also see how clips gathered through Dejero mobile transmitters can be automatically integrated into FOR-A's Media Asset Management (MAM) system, Media Concierge .

At Inter BEE, we'll be demonstrating solutions that solve the everyday connectivity and bandwidth challenges that mobile reporting crews face in getting content back to base from remote or difficult locations, said Mark Moore, VP international sales at Dejero.

At this year's event, Dejero is showcasing its implementation of HEVC that provides improved picture quality in low bitrate and limited bandwidth environments, especially when combined with real-time adaptive bitrate control and Dejero's auto transport technology. Inter BEE visitors will see an H.264/H.265 demo that illustrates live video transmission when bandwidth conditions are dropping with as little as 1 Mb/s available.

The Dejero Gateway in-vehicle mobile connectivity solution will also be presented in Japan. Enhancing the RF performance of Dejero's EnGo mobile transmitter is the EnGo Vehicle Mount Kit; also on show at Inter BEE. It means that the EnGo can now be used as an encoder/transmitter in a cellular, satellite or hybrid vehicle, and then can quickly disconnected and placed into a backpack, a sling bag, or mounted directly onto a camera to give crews maximum mobility when on the scene of breaking news and live events.

Finally, visitors can see how the Dejero Mobile App for iOS can help mobile journalists and video professionals using smartphones and tablets to broadcast live from any location, record video for future transmission and import or upload edited video files to designated servers when traditional broadcast equipment is not at the scene.
