To leverage Amagi s TV content localization platform to air Japanese copyrighted content in foreign countries with licensing and piracy safeguards

ITOCHU Cable Systems (headquartered in Shinagawa-Ku, Tokyo; Kenji Tsuchiya, President & CEO; hereinafter "ICS") has today announced its partnership with Amagi, the leader in cloud-based TV broadcast infrastructure and targeted advertising, offering overseas distribution of Japanese TV content through advanced cloud technologies.

ICS works with leading TV networks in Japan to provide them a distribution platform for Japanese content in other countries. "Content licensing and distribution across multiple geographies can get quite complex.
