ASG Promotes Joe Marchitto to Western Regional CTO

Appointment to Support Engineering Alignment and Client Experience Across the Company

Advanced Systems Group, LLC (ASG), a technology and services provider for media creatives and content owners, announced the promotion of Joe Marchitto to Western Regional CTO. In this new leadership role, Marchitto's focus will be on advancing tools, workflows, and engineering alignment across the organization.

Marchitto will oversee the management and evolution of ASG's system design across both pre- and post-sales functions to streamline project execution, deepen engineering engagement, and deliver a more seamless and responsive client experience. He will work closely with ASG Professional Services Manager Rob Wentz to align team objectives for the upcoming year, while continuing to support pre-sales engineering on the West Coast.

He previously served as CTO - Strategic Accounts, where he provided pre-sales engineering support for enterprise clients across the West Coast. Marchitto became a trusted advisor to customers, navigating complex technical environments and helping design solutions that balanced performance, scalability, and cost.

As Western Regional CTO, Marchitto will report directly to ASG President Dave Van Hoy.

For ASG customers, Marchitto's promotion signals additional investment in service quality and innovation. By aligning engineering resources more closely with client needs and refining internal workflows, ASG looks to:

Deliver more efficient project implementation

Expand service offerings tailored to evolving client demands

Improve collaboration between sales and engineering teams

Enhance overall client satisfaction and long-term value

Joe possesses a great combination of technical depth and operational leadership, said Van Hoy. His experience managing engineering teams and supporting high-level enterprise clients positions him perfectly to elevate how we serve our customers.

Marchitto's background includes managing multiple engineering teams responsible for systems implementation and application development. This background will be invaluable as he scales ASG's capabilities to meet growing demand.
