ESPN Adds Pro-Bowl Quarterback Robert Griffin III to Monday Night Countdown
For the 2022 NFL Season, ESPN's Monday Night Countdown will add former first-round pick Robert Griffin III, joining two other former first-round picks, Booger McFarland, and Pro Football Hall of Famer and two-time League MVP Steve Young as the weekly show's main analysts. Monday Night Countdown will welcome back Suzy Kolber, a well-regarded NFL voice on ESPN for nearly 30 years, for her sixth year as the host of the show alongside senior NFL insider Adam Schefter who will bring fans the latest news. Features reporter Michelle Beisner-Buck will also be back to add in-depth storytelling and interviews to the show's repertoire.
Three-time Pro Bowl quarterback Alex Smith will be back on Monday Night Countdown on multiple shows throughout the season. Analyst Randy Moss, who ESPN re-signed this offseason, is now focused on Sunday NFL Countdown.
When the regular season gets underway, Monday Night Countdown (6 p.m. ET) will once again be onsite for most Monday Night Football games, beginning with the Week 1 matchup between the Seattle Seahawks and Denver Broncos (Sept. 12).

Jac Collinsworth, Jason Garrett and Zora Stephenson to Call Notre Dame Football on NBC and Peacock This Season
NBC Sports' Jac Collinsworth will serve as the play-by-play commentator alongside analyst Jason Garrett for the 2022 Notre Dame Football season. NBC Sports' Zora Stephenson will report from the sidelines. Collinsworth and Garrett were paired together for the inaugural season of the USFL earlier this year. Stephenson also was a member of NBC Sports' USFL commentary team. Kathryn Tappen will host pregame, halftime and postgame coverage throughout the season. She will be joined each game by both a Fighting Irish football alum and a football alum from their opponent.
Telemundo Deportes Introduces Expanded FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 Commentary Team
Telemundo Deportes, the exclusive Spanish-language home of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 , announces an expanded lineup of experts joining its commentary team as it kicks off the 100-day countdown to the start of the tournament this fall, airing live exclusively in Spanish on Telemundo, Universo and Peacock.
Former Mexican national team head coach Miguel Piojo Herrera, Real Madrid and Spanish national team legend Fernando Hierro, World Cup champions Mauro Silva of Brazil and Claudio Borghi of Argentina, and 2010 FIFA World Cup Golden Ball winner Diego Forl n of Uruguay are some of the iconic soccer personalities joining Telemundo Deportes to provide an on-the-pitch perspective and expert analysis.
The roster combines diverse soccer legends and experts who bring unique experiences from all facets of the game to complement Telemundo Deportes' renowned award-winning commentary team. Coverage will be anchored by soccer Hall of Famer, six-time Emmy award-winner and chief commentator Andres Cantor alongside Emmy-award winning sports journalist Miguel Gurwitz, Telemundo's Emmy-nominated sports and entertainment host Ana Jurka, Premier League host Carlota Vizmanos and Mexican soccer icon Carlos Hermosillo as the official hosts, leading the pre- and post-game analysis from Telemundo's presentation studio located at the center of the cultural Souq Waqif Marketplace.
CBS Sports' Deep Roster Of Announce Teams Returns For 2022 NFL On CBS' Season
CBS Sports has unveiled its announcer lineup for the 2022 NFL ON CBS season, featuring a deep roster of experienced teams across the Network's game and studio coverage.
Jim Nantz, Tony Romo and Tracy Wolfson will team up for their sixth season together, calling the marquee game on CBS each week, as well as CBS Sports' Thanksgiving and Christmas games, the AFC Playoffs and the AFC Championship Game.
Further demonstrating the strength and stability of CBS Sports' roster, all NFL ON CBS announce teams from last season will return. Ian Eagle, Charles Davis
