Perifery enhances Swarm through integration with Object Matrix

Ft. Lauderdale, 23rd August 2023 Perifery has announced the integration of Object Matrix Vision to Perifery's hybrid cloud media archive and workflow solution, Swarm. The unification enhances management of the media data life cycle, from ingest to archive, within Swarm.

The news follows the recent acquisition of Object Matrix by DataCore, which saw the company integrated into the DataCore Perifery portfolio. This integration is the first step towards Perifery's goal of enhancing the customer's journey from the core to the edge and cloud.

Object Matrix Vision introduces instant and easy access to stored files. A web-based digital asset browser, it is a next generation media data management platform for content ingest, archive, metadata search, and media workflow enhancement. Swarm software delivers a cost-predictive S3 cloud native in-facility archive solution to preserve, protect, and access digital assets for reuse and re-monetization.
