In a year marked by major sports events and global elections, coupled with the innovative and transformative use of AI, content protection is taking on new significance - protecting not only its value but also its authenticity is becoming increasingly important, said Nancy Goldberg, EVP and CMO of NAGRA. Key highlights of the NAB 2024 showcase include:
Securing premium live content and detecting unauthorized leaks with NAGRA NexGuard forensic watermarking on AWS for premium live and VOD content, including high-profile sports events. Extending beyond more traditional uses of forensic watermarking, the shared showcase will also include a demonstration aimed at identifying deep fakes through watermarking detection (AWS Booth W1701).
Latest integrations of forensic watermarking on the Eluvio Content Fabric to enforce viewing rights for premium content. NAGRA's collaboration with Eluvio enables the delivery of secure, end-to-end, ultra-high-quality, and low-cost streaming for premium content (Eluvio meeting room #W237).
Content protection from camera to post-production with Adobe's Frame.io: To secure sensitive pre-release content in remote collaboration workflows, NAGRA NexGuard forensic watermarking is now available to all Frame.io Enterprise users. Content delivered and published to each user can now be uniquely watermarked providing a strong deterrent against illegal copying or distribution. Frame.io can forensically watermark each video asset played by a viewer on their workstation, including Camera to Cloud dailies (Frame.io booth #SL5047).
