Partner Communications Delivers High-Quality Video on Every Screen With Interra Systems ORION -OTT Monitoring Solution ORION-OTT enables Israels leading Telco operator Partner to assure live and VOD content integrity and assess related network performance of ABR delivery
CUPERTINO, Calif. Jan. 12, 2018 Interra Systems, a leading global provider of software products and solutions to the digital media industry, today announced that Partner Communications, a leading telecommunications operator in Israel, is using Interra Systems ORION -OTT monitoring solution to check live and VOD content integrity and related network performance of adaptive bitrate (ABR) content for its multiscreen OTT service, Partner TV. ORION-OTT provides Partner with efficient and cost-effective monitoring of online video delivery for quality and compliance purposes, resulting in error-free and superior quality content for its customers on every screen. Nisko Technologies, Interra Systems distribution channel partner in Israel, ensured a flawless deployment.
Checking the quality of OTT services is complex and requirements are constantly changing. Operators need visibility into the entire workflow, from content preparation to content delivery, to guarantee optimum quality of service and experience to their viewers, said Kanishka Tongya, sales director - APAC & MEA at Interra Systems. We designed ORION-OTT for customers like Partner to effectively address a broad range of OTT delivery requirements such as QoS, QoE, alerts and reports for troubleshooting, and centralized management all in a powerful, software-based platform for high performance and scalability.

ORION-OTT monitors ABR content via user-defined automated and manual schedules, checking for inconsistencies pertaining to ABR package compliance, manifest/playlist syntax, download errors, and content quality. The platform provides extensive DRM integration capabilities.
Interra Systems will demonstrate ORION-OTT at the 2018 CABSAT, January 14-16, in Dubai at booth Z4-102. When paired with Interra Systems BATON automated QC solution, ORION-OTT enables content providers to stream content, with exceptional quality of service, on any device.
