Mobile TV Group Launches Full-Stack MTVG Production Platform, Powers Angels Broadcast Television

Mobile TV Group (MTVG) has announced the launch of the MTVG Production Platform, a live broadcast solution covering on-site production, contribution, media control, and distribution from its Mountain Media Center in Centennial, CO.

The platform's first major deployment was for Angels Broadcast Television, which MTVG stood up from scratch in one month, with the first game airing May 1, 2026.

As plans for a new broadcast network moved from concept to reality this past spring, we identified MTVG's Production Platform as the best solution for Angels Broadcast Television, says Molly Jolly, President, Angels Baseball LP. Platform Components

Content and Production: MTVG deploys and operates on-site production technology including custom-built mobile units, robotic camera systems, and venue equipment. The company builds mobile units in-house, including design, metal fabrication, millwork, and wiring. MTVG's Cloud Control technology, with 25 rooms built across the U.S. and more than 4,500 events completed, supports centralized or venue-based remote production.

Contribution: Manages secure transport of live signals from venue to the Mountain Media Center, including booking, management, and technical encoding and decoding through carriers including Lumen, AT&T, Verizon, and Zayo.

Media Control and Centralized Production: Two Technical Operations Centers and more than 70 live event pods handling game and ad playout, closed captioning, feed decoration, quality control, cut-downs, as-runs, and 24/7 channel monitoring.

Distribution Services: Full IP encoding, market switching, transmission management, and content delivery from the Mountain Media Center to affiliates and streaming services. Infrastructure includes four satellite uplinks, six satellite downlinks, and hundreds of fiber strands from multiple providers.

Mountain Media Center

The 300,000-square-foot facility in Centennial, Colorado includes more than 30 mobile units, more than 70 live media control pods, two TOCs, 25 Cloud Control rooms built nationally, 24 centralized Cloud Control stations, four Edge/REMI rooms, redundant power stations, four data halls with uninterruptible power supplies and redundant generators, and off-grid power capability. The facility is located 30 minutes from Denver International Airport.
