KDDI announced the financial results for the third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2022.

Summary In the third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2022, consolidated operating revenue increased 2.3% year on year, to 4,014 billion. Consolidated operating income was up 0.4%, to 874.6 billion due to the increase in Mobile telecommunications revenues and profits driven by growth domain.

Profit for the period attributable to owners of the parent increased 1.0% year on year, to 554.2 billion

We have achieved 83.3% of our consolidated operating income target for the full fiscal year, meaning that we are well on progress.

And the board of directors of KDDI Corporation at its meeting held on today, resolved the expansion of acquisition limit that is up to 50 billion yen.
