The saying you win some, you lose some appears to be true for two of MacG's former crew members, AyaProw and Maligant, who have now joined controversial and murder-accused blogger Musa Khawula on his YouTube podcast.

On Wednesday he shared on Instagram that he was getting a new team and hinted that they are from one of the biggest podcasts in the country - MacG's Podcast and Chill.

The news was later confirmed by Maligant on Instagram when he shared a snippet of Musa's podcast with a caption revealing who was behind the sound, which is BigFunn; owned by AyaProw, as well as Maligant Group behind the visuals.

-- DID MACG REALLY FIRE THEM? Last week, MacG explained why he fired three of his crew members, including AyaProw who were an integral part of Podcast and Chill as he was responsible for the sound, and Maligant was the editor.

MacG's explanation came after sources told Zimoja that he was a jealous boss who bullied his employees.

During the Monday, 12 December, episode he told chillers and his co-hosts that Aya had been on his last warning after he had failed to deliver his work a few times, resulting in late broadcasts of some podcast episodes.

If you don't do your job, I'll call you out There was a Monday when the episode was late, MacG said.

When MacG allegedly called Aya to enquire about the episode, he told him there was a death in the family. But, MacG claims that his WhatsApp stories told a different story as he had been hosting friends for his album listening session that Sunday.

It does not take more than an hour to do the podcast sound So I called him and told him clearly your album is more important than what I pay you to do, which is sound. And now the show is late and you know the implications of what happens when the show is late,' he explained.

However, on YFM last week, AyaProw denied claims they were fired by MacG. Take a look
