Beltelecom Employees Will support Earth Hour Campaign 22.03.2013

An annual global event Earth Hour organized by theWorld Wildlife Fund(WWF) will take place on 23 March, 2013. Every year on the last Saturday of March millions of people worldwide turn off their lightsfor one hour as a gesture of concern for futureof our Planet.

This year Beltelecom and its employees just like last year will once again support the initiative of the World Wildlife Fundand join it on Saturday, March 23, turning off the lights and electric devices in their homes at 20.30. And Beltelecom encourages you to do your part for the Year of Frugality declared in Belarus in 2013 and to perform your own small deed: join Earth Hour for the sake of your Planet.

Earth Hour began in 2007 in Sydney (Australia) and in a year it became a global ecological initiative involving over 100 million people in 35 countries of the world. The campaign has been so successful that it is now considered to be the largest mass participation event in human history.

You can join Beltelecom and support Earth Hour on March 23, 2013 turning off all lights and electric devices at 20.30 by local time.
