Pebble Broadcast Systems appoints new VP of Sales to drive further growth in US and Canada 18 Oct 2013

Pebble Broadcast Systems, the US arm of leading broadcast automation, channel in a box and integrated channel technology provider Pebble Beach Systems, has appointed experienced sales professional Kurt Schini as VP of Sales for the growing company.

Over a long broadcast career with key industry players including Harmonic, EMC and most recently Thomson Video Networks where he held the Director of Sales position, Kurt has gained a deep understanding of the needs of stations and broadcast groups, and has strong connections to resellers across the US and Canada.

I first had the pleasure of working with the main players at Pebble Beach Systems when we were colleagues at Louth automation, so I'm delighted to be joining such a strong team and a thriving organisation which has enjoyed considerable international success in the intervening years, says Schini.

Many stations are in the cycle of upgrading their master automation, and with so many new technologies coming down the road, the choice of upgrading to a state of the art solution or prolonging the life of their existing system is particularly pressing. With cornerstone accounts on East and West Coasts, and a strong product portfolio featuring the most technically advanced playout automation solution available today, Pebble Broadcast Systems is poised to take a much larger share of the US and Canada market over the coming months and years.
