Actress Mogau Motlhatswi who plays the role of Mapitsi Magongwa in SABC 1's educational soapie Skeem Saam recently opened up about her character's big day this week.

Viewers of the show will see high school sweethearts Mapitsi and Tbose (Cornet Mamabolo) get married tonight and tomorrow night after dating for 10 years.

The two have also conceived Pitsi Maputla in high school which caused Mapitsi to take a gap year.

WHO MIGHT CAUSE THE DRAMA The actress told Daily Sun that her wedding will not be without drama and disappointment.

The people who viewers expect drama from will surprise them, and the ones they don't expect the drama to cause drama will surprise them as well.

They will be on their worst behaviour.

The Mogongwas have issued stern warnings to Mapitsi to not invite her mother-in-law (Harriet Manamela) to her wedding.

They fear Meikie will steal her spotlight on her big day since everyone is gossiping about her.

Meikie shot Mantuli (Dieketseng Mnisi) and Kwaito (Clement Maosa) last month after she found out that John is Kwaito's father.

The Maputlas have also instructed Mapitsi to stop being friends with Mokgadi (Pebetsi Nolo Matlaila) who was married to their first son (Eric Macheru).

It is also unclear if Kwaito Seakamela-Maputla will attend the wedding as he's the best man and his brother.

MOGAU DETAILS THE WEDDING AND RELATIONSHIP WITH CORNET Motlhatswi promised viewers that they'd love the wedding venue, her gown and that all the cast members will look breathtaking.

The actress also states that her relationship with Tbose will face challenges after they get married and this challenge may cause them to either separate or stay together.

She also tells the People's Paper that working with Cornet Mamabolo has been a wonderful journey.

Even though he annoys her sometimes she's glad that she's been able to explore this part of her character with him.

We've grown to have a very good connection and I'm glad that I'm working with him.
