Unified Streaming, a leading streaming software company, has hired Valentijn Siebrands, an industry veteran, as its new streaming solutions manager. The company also hired Arne Dibbits as its new head of customer success.

Recruiting Siebrands and Dibbits to the Unified Streaming team signals that the company is not only prioritizing bolstering ties with its current customers, but prioritizing gaining new customers, too.

Siebrands is an experienced streaming architect with deep roots in the industry, and Dibbits holds a strong track record of raising quotients of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

Siebrands brings a rich background centered on streaming architecture to the Unified team. Before joining the company early September 2024, Siebrands designed and structured solutions for M2A Media, the London-based media tech company specializing in delivering live video workflows via the public cloud.

Dibbits previously led the customer value management team at Eurofiber, a leading provider of digital infrastructure solutions in Europe. Before that, he worked as senior portfolio manager for internet, video, telephony, and packages at Ziggo. He also spent six years at Liberty Global, where he first managed portfolio and pricing, then consumer insights.

As head of customer success, Dibbits will also align and combine the goals of customers with the goals of the company. His main directive is to form and hone a cohesive, data-driven, and customer-informed process.

Siebrands did a stint as a streaming engineer at Unified Streaming earlier in his career.

Asked whether he's excited about rejoining the Amsterdam-headquartered company, Streaming Solutions Manager Siebrands said, Yes, because I believe in its vision. To lead the industry with groundbreaking tech and set new standards for the future of media delivery.

Dibbits will lead the activities of the customer success teams at Unified Streaming, building an inclusive and high-performance culture that makes sure team members can thrive as they work to increase value for customers.
