Broadcast Solutions acquires the Hungarian company Somos Broadcast Media Zrt posted: 27/09/2015
A new legal entity, Broadcast Solutions Hungary Kft has been started and the acquisition is realized by acquiring assets and transfer of all staff from Somos Broadcast Media Zrt.
The newly created company will continue the legacy operation from the present address in Hungary and be integrated into the Broadcast Solutions Group. The intention of this acquisition is to combine the strength of Broadcast Solutions GmbH with Somos Broadcast Medias great reputation and technical skills to enhance and grow on the Hungarian and international markets.
The Hungarian team has many years of experience in building broadcast facilities with references projects such as Origo film studios, TV 2, ATV and Hit Park. Furthermore, Broadcast Solutions Hungary will adopt the local partnerships with manufacturers like Sony, Arri, Snell / Quantel, Harmonic and Trilogy.
General Manager of the new company is Attila Somos, and the position of Sales / Project Director is assigned to Krist f T th. As Technical Director Laszl Rozgonyi has been appointed. In his position as CEO at Broadcast Solutions GmbH, Stefan Breder will also be responsible for Broadcast Solutions Hungary Kft.
