SABC1's most-watched soapie Uzalo will feature a long list of guest stars DJ Hlo, Lehasa Moloi, Felix Hlophe, Pastor Striker, Zakwe, and more to bring more excitement to the soapie this December.

ZAKWE: IT'S ALWAYS BEEN MY WISH TO ACT' Daily Sun recently interviewed rapper Zakwe, who scored a role in Uzalo alongside former Generations: The Legacy actor Lehasa Moloi, DJ Hlophe, Pastor Striker, comedian Felix Hlophe and more.

The rapper tells the publication that it's always been his dream to act and he's grateful for the opportunity.

I can confirm that I'm part of the upcoming scenes. This is a dream come true for me. I'm grateful for this opportunity because it unleashed my acting talent

Zakwe adds that he was scared and worried that he'd forget his lines and possibly embarrass himself.

But during the shoot, I felt comfortable. I was impressed with my newly found skill. The experience will help me look for other opportunities.

For now I can't divulge except that I'll be appearing on a fashion show set up along with other artists.

UZALO: FIRST TIME WE FEATURE DIFFERENT STARS' Uzalo's spokesperson Nomfundo Zondi reveals that it's the first time that the show is featuring different stars on the soapie.

Viewers can expect to see them this month. They'll be featured in different episodes. These are cameo roles and they are not meant to be long.

Zondi previously revealed to Sowetan that DJ Hlo has also joined the show for a cameo role.
